Here’s an article I wrote about six weeks ago, but never published until now!
Now that we’re well into the year, most of us have likely discovered some challenges in building momentum with whatever resolutions or goals we’ve made for 2022. I know I have. Instead of feeding into negative experiences, energies and thoughts on the matter, I figured it might be helpful if there were some sort of quick reference for different practices that are practical and effective for nurturing a healthier mindset. So I took some time to list out 21 activities to build a healthy mindset, in hopes it would offer some practical/concrete encouragement to someone looking to establish some new habits or achieve something new in 2022. Here goes! I’ll even add a couple personal notes regarding my experience with these practices, as well as some additional resource links at the bottom of each section.
