When I look in the mirror and affirm this statement, I think of the official launch of my first business.
Every now and again, I think back to the late 2010s, when I was just starting to work on my first business, and sell my services as a contractor. I honestly had no idea it would lead to all the things I have accomplished over the years with KIRUNIVERSE, and it gets me beside myself every time lol. Anyway, as I look back on my business, I see that I’ve always had a penchant for integrative thinking.
I’m the type of person where if there’s one thing you can count on me to do, it’s build an elaborate plan. I love tending to the intricate details of a project — really getting into the weeds and building something from the ground up. What’s more important than just filling a project with senseless details, tasks and ideas though, is purpose and consistency.
When you understand why you are doing something, it just makes it that much easier to get excited about and really give it your best. In business leadership, I learned from a mentor of mine the importance of articulating your mission, your vision and your core…
