When’s the last time you looked in the mirror and said “I love you” to the person staring back at you?

This morning I got up, after channeling my sincerest gratitude for living to see another day, and I opened my beat up copy of The Book of Positive Affirmations as I always do to find an inspirational focus for the day. Today’s affirmation? “I love myself.”
